A mad scientist seeks revenge on the those who fired him. Angered he creates creatures from body parts of victims. His creatures escape sparing no one in their path. Thus attracting the attention from the C.I.A. and spies. Who will be left standing, tune in and find out! My thoughts: This film has a cult following despite its low rating. Most likely for all the reasons that I enjoy certain types of films. Solid cast, action, decent score, and just enough of everything else. However, I just couldn't get into it. I really tried. I watched it at least 3x and it didn't keep my attention.
