Death Walks at Midnight (1972) Review

Death Walks at Midnight [1972]

La morte accarezza a mezzanotte

Directed by: Luciano Ercoli

Valentina experiments with hallucinogens to help her lover report the effects. While in mist of hallucinations she witnesses the brutal murder of a woman. She can't help but feel it was real. Her paranoia is affirmed when the strange man keeps resurfacing in the shadows. Who is this strange man and what has Valentina gotten herself into?

Brilliant script, excellent casting, and killer score. I was recommended this one. This one had the interesting twists and turns. That final reveal was interesting! My favorite part was that final fight. 🤣 I have been missing my dose of giallos and this one definitely hit the spot. No pun not intended. 😆

8/10
