Nosferatu the Vampyre [1979] Review

Nosferatu the Vampyre [1979]

Directed by: Werner Herzog

Another 1001 Films You Must Watch entry makes my list. This one sets a mood from the get go. It is a marvelous work of art with visuals that provide a good mixture of excellent cinematography and haunting yet seductive elegance. I'm amazed. Simply. If you're looking for brilliant gothic horror aesthetic look no further. I think for some the slow pacing might not work but for me it sets the tone. It is a brilliant work of art and it's no surprise it made the list. 🖤🥀

9.8/10
