Everyone has a past but sometimes the nightmares from our past have a way of resurfacing. What manifests at that point is a external fight between your future, past, and present. There's a sense of secrecy to Nurse Ratched. The more the series unfolds the more that resurfaces. Ghosts from her past conflict with her ambitions. What is to become of Nurse Ratched?
I found the aesthetic of the costumes an instant draw to me. The storyline and perspective was cohesive. I did like how fluid the series moved. With random spurts of gore and vibrancy. There's a lot of themes at play. A lot of mystery that shrouds this series. I thought the casting was well done. The cinematography was excellent. Overall, not bad! 8.7/10
