Herbert West has managed the impossible. He creates a serum that brings back people from...death. GASP! Through trial and error with Dan Cain at his side he experiments on all sorts of things until his sight turns to bodies of the recently deceased!
As, eyes start to turn towards West chaos is evidently about to ensue. Dr. Hill, at the start realizes what West has achieved. Hoping to steal his serum and achieve further notoriety he sets his scheme in motion. However, West is not going to go down without a fight! Dr. Hill is about to find out that he bit off more than he can chew. Will Hill get a head start on West or will West stop Hill before this tale draws to a near close?
