Dracula is short one werewolf for his monster rally race. As luck should have it, every so many years one person gets the opportunity to become a werewolf if they are caught under the moonlight at the right time. Who can that be? 🤔 Why reluctant Shaggy of course!? Tune in to this comedic spooky cartoon by #hannabarbera to see how it all turns out! I enjoyed the humor, the plot, and overall Hanna Barbera aesthetic. This one was more entertaining than my next Scooby Doo review.
