Tenebrae (1982) Review

Tenebrae [1982]

Directed by: Dario Argento

As writers our work can be interpreted in many ways but sometimes our subjects have a way of coming back full circle. As one author finds out, he is now finding himself in the middle of a mystery! A black gloved killer familiar with his line of work is brutally murdering people leaving riddles along the way. The author decides to solve the mystery but as he draws closer to the murderer so does the murderer get closer to the author! Who is the black gloved killer and will the author make it out alive as the body count gets closer to him?

Brilliant and engaging mystery in true Argento fashion. Good story with enough blood, suspense, and surprises along the way. I don't want to say too much to spoil the film. Just when you think you're on the right trail you find out you're not close at all. Therefore, pulling you into the story more. I loved the ending!
