A Fistful of Dollars (1964)

Directed by: Sergio Leone

Trilogy: Trilogia dell'Uomo senza nome o Trilogia del dollaro

This film has sat in my queue waiting for this mini theme. ❤ My father is still a big fan of this trilogy. My love for Ennio Morricone began with hearing the soundtrack.

The story follows the stranger who finds himself at the center of story of struggle for power. Will he restore balance to the small town or will the story claim another victim?

This film is rich with story and really allures the audience on the mystery of who is this man (Eastwood). The baddies play up the roles in perfection. This film is memorable for many reasons. If you're a fan of cinema in general or haven't seen it yet. I highly recommend this trilogy. It might be a slow burn for some but for me it was perfect just the way it is.

❤ 9/10
