Catwoman: Lonely City no.1 Review

Catwoman: Lonely City [2021]

 by Cliff Chiang

The memory remains in the shadows of the city. Memories of rooftop chases, and heartbeats in the air. Selina's new series paints a noir timeline of life after Bruce is no longer around. Will the memories bring forth an emptiness she can't escape or will they serve her as moments to push her forward?

Love the illustrations and the mood. It paints a effective atmosphere. I look forward to where book 2 and see what truths are revealed.

I feel the story aided to her canon versus cheat her character of growth. Really love this one. It captures her perfectly.

4.9/5 ⭐
