Jennifer 8 (1992) Directed by: Bruce Robinson Starring: Uma Thurman, Andy Garcia, John Malkovich, Lance Henriksen, Kathy Baker, and Graham Beckel John Berlin, down on his luck relocates to Eureka, California via the invitation of Freddy Ross, his close friend. On the job with Ross he discovers a severed hand in a landfill. Obviously, continuing to dig around he finds more pieces to the puzzle. As the story unfolds Detective Berlin becomes obsessed to solve this case as he should, if he has a hand on the lead... yes, pun intended lol ✋

In it's truest form of a mystery thriller, this film definitely hooks you as you start to piece everything alongside Detective Berlin. As more pieces to the puzzle resurface the killer tightens his grip on the lead witness, Uma! If you enjoy a good mystery with elements of true crime, and classic detective work this is for you. I definitely enjoyed it!
