Living life in the fast lane leaves reality at quite the blur. As Cassie finds out, when she awakes next to her latest rendezvous. She awakes to find his lifeless body next to her. Knowing no one will believe her innocence she begins quite the topsy turvy journey to put the pieces together. What does her mysterious beau hide behind closed doors? Who would want to permanently silence him? Hmmm...🤔 Join Cassie, on her quest to solve this entangled mystery. As she gets closer to solving it. The target gets closer to her own demise!

It's witty and twisted. We fall through the cracks of Cass' inner psyche. Closely trying to fit together all the pieces as she comes to terms with the traumatic reality she experiences.  All characters were well casted. I am curious to read the novel now. I loved the score with the cinematography, it was fitting. I especially loved the mystery. I love a good mystery that is the equivalent of a ball of yarn. With each tug and unravel you're lead a new way. It's fresh and is quite the start to my year long stretch of reviews. Give it a shot.

8.2/10
