I believe in a way this film had minor nods to Rocky. It centers around Fred who enters in a marathon proving to everyone that he's in shape so there! Will Fred jog jog joggity jog his way to the finish line or not?

It is a product of it's time. I thought the moral of the story was cute. I won't share it to avoid ruining it. I did like that at the beginning the Frankenstone's were there! I thought it was okay. My niece enjoyed it!
